Fundraising
Let us help you raise some funds for your church or
orgainzation or even your favorite charity.
Please Review our Terms and conditions as follows:
We want to thank you for considering
our Company, InspireWear Incorporated, to be the lead
sponsor for the products of your fundraising
campaign. We are enthusiastic about working together
and hope that we will help your organization meet
your quota. Please read the terms and policies we
have set forward in order to ensure that your
institution has a detailed understanding of our
agreement.
Terms and Policies
1. We do not endorse or participate in
any derogatory or unfair dealings with God, our
representatives, customers or each other. Therefore
we ask that our Company be represented accordingly
and products be distributed fairly.
2. InspireWear reserves the right to
withdraw any contract between our company and your
institution based on the aforementioned term (Term 1)
and policy.
3. We offer your institution a 33%
commission on all merchandize which carries our logo
and 40% on all others.
4. This fundraiser should run for a
period of no more than 30 days with three weeks
handling and shipping of merchandise back to the
institution for distribution. Three weeks is our
grace period to ensure that we make accurate assembly
of all packages received.
5. All packaged envelope when
collected from members participating in the
fundraiser should have the ordering information
carefully filled out with all the necessary details.
Packages not properly filled out will be returned
without merchandize as we do not assemble packages
based on assumptions. ALL details MUST be carefully
filled out - that is [Name; Telephone #, Item No.;
Size; Quantity; and Price]. ALL monies must be
collected and returned in individual packages. It is
the duty of all members participating in the
fundraiser to accurately total the amount of money
collected for each order and place it with the return
package >>Commission
for institution will be returned in the form of a
Company check after all the monies from each package
is tallied.
6. Once the Packages are received by
Our Company for processing, they cannot be altered or
changed.
7. The member participating in the
fundraiser who sells the most items or has the
highest funds will receive a gift valued up to $50.
The group that sells the most also receives a gift
for collaborated effort.
AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered in today

by InspireWear Incorporated, herein referred to as
Our Company, and
_____________________________________________________________________,
herein referred to as, The Institution/Organization.
Whereas Our Company will provide the products
necessary to successfully complete the fundraiser by
the institution. The institution or organization will
represent Our Company based on the above mentioned
terms and policies set forth and by signing this
document agrees to such. If for any reason the
institution or orgainzation decides to withdraw from
the fundraiser, adequate notice of at least 15 days
should be given to Our Company in order to accurately
document such.

pictures and photos on the cover and may appear to be
more visible than viewed on the computer . Be
sure to choose a cover that matches the theme of your
organization or instiution.
